Sub: Procurement of UPS 2 KVA for the laboratory of Textiles Committee, Mumbai.
Sir,
Laboratory of Textiles Committee, Mumbai hereby invites quotations for the procurement of UPS 2 KVA in the prescribed format attached in company’s letter head. The specifications for UPS 2 KVA are as under:
I. Specifications of UPS 2 KVA
2 KVA TRUE ONLINE – UPS with SMF battery 12V 42AH – 8 nos. required for providing a minimum 60 min. backup a load of 1500 VA complete with battery stand (if required)
Technical Specifications:
Input - Voltage range 160 to 270 VAC & Frequency range 47 Hz to 53 Hz
Output - Voltage 220 V & Frequency 50 Hz ± 1 Hz (free running) OR sync to mains
Voltage Regulation : ± 2% (steady state) & ± 5% (transient response)
THD < 3% (full linear load) & < 5% (full non-linear load)
Crest Factor: better than 3:1
Extended Battery charger rated for extended battery run-time
Batteries: SMF – Sealed Maintenance Free type
Acoustic Noise < 55 dBA at 1 meter (Silent functioning)
II. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Items shall be delivered inside the premises of the laboratory of Textiles Committee, Mumbai. If found to be defective, damaged or non-compatible with the specification, arrange for replacement of the item forthwith at no additional cost to Textiles Committee.

Delivery of the instrument should be within 1 month from the date of issuing Purchase Order and should not be extended.

Payment will be made by crossed Multi-city cheque drawn on SBI only after satisfactory commissioning of instruments and submission of Bill to the laboratory, Mumbai.

Minimum of two years warranty should be there for UPS & Batteries.

The quotation should be valid for minimum of 60 days.

The Textiles Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
You are requested to submit your quotation in the prescribed format in sealed cover super scribing “Quotation for UPS 2 KVA” at the above mentioned address. The last date for submission of quotation is on or before 27th June 2016.
