Invitation of Bids for repairing of Staff Chair & Executive Chair & Sofa.

Textiles Committee, a statutory body under the administrative control of Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, intend to invite bids for repairing of Staff Chair/ Executive Chair/ Sofa at Textiles Committee,  Mumbai. The detail of work are as below:

You are requested to visit/ inspect the actual chair/ sofa at O/o Textiles Committee, Prabhadevi, Mumbai to give your quote/ bid accurately. The terms and conditions are as Under


  1. Rates shall be quoted including cost of materials, installation/ fixation charges, labour charges and applicable taxes on Company letter head signed by Authorized signatory/ person after actual site visit only.
  1. Selection Criteria: The L-1 bidder will be awarded the contract. However, in case L-1 Bidder reject to accept the order or to execute the contract in such case Textiles Committee reserves the right to award the contract to Lowest Bidder in succeeding order.  L-1 shall be decided on total/ overall cost/ bid value for individual on all items.
  1. No. damage shall be caused to the property of Textiles Committee while carrying out the assigned work. Any damage to property of Textiles Committee shall be recovered from the selected bidder in terms of money or replacement of said property.
  1. Textiles Committee shall not be responsible for any delay in receipt of bid or non-receipt of bid sent by post/ courier. The bidder shall submit the bid by post/ courier/ hand delivery in the Administration-HK division of Textiles Committee, Mumbai on or before the due date.
  1. The work should be carried out within 10 days at the said site of Textiles Committee, Prabhadevi, Mumbai at the said cost after receipt of Work Order.
  1. All material shall be of proper National standard and correct technical procedure shall be adopted while carrying the work.
  1. The bidder shall submit their bid on their letter head in the given format
  1. The Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids without   assigning any reason thereof.
  1. Interested bidders may visit Textiles Committee for site inspection between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.
  1. Payment Terms: The payment will be made by crossed cheque drawn on State Bank of India, Worli, (N) Mumbai only after satisfactory work rendered.
  1. Submission of Bids:- The bids in sealed cover addressed to Administration (HK) division should  reach this office by post/ courier/ hand delivery not later than 5.00 PM on 30.03.2022.
  1. The sealed cover containing bids should be superscribed as under:
