Textiles Committee has been Implementing the Handloom Mark Scheme for benefit of the handloom industry. As a measure to popularize the Handloom Mark Scheme and reach out to various stakeholders across the country, Textiles Committee is initiating a publicity campaign through various Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) activities. In this regard different Creative/ Artworks are to be prepared and deployed across different media i.e. newspapers, magazines, bus back panels, billboards, electronic media, social media and the audio jingles through radio.
Textiles Committee seeks 5 different Artworks/Creative need to be developed in 10 Indian languages. A concept note on Handloom Mark Scheme is enclosed herewith for giving you idea of deliverables from advertising. Textiles Committee is looking for technically competent and commercially viable firm to place order for creation of Creative/Artwork as explained above.
Therefore you are requested to submit your company profile, list of prominent customers and competitive offer as per enclosed format in sealed cover to this office with “Quotation for Creative” written on the cover latest before 20-12-2021 in the enclosed proforma.
