OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Sub:  Blacklisting of M/s. Litmus Industries, Mumbai (Proprietor Shri Sandeep Kumbhar) and Cancellation of Work Order of Refilling of AMC of Fire Extinguishers.

     This is to inform that M/s. Litmus Industries, Mumbai (Proprietor, Shri Sandeep Kumbhar) having address at 5/3, Samadhan Society, R. A. Nagar, Bhandup (W) Mumbai – 400 078 who was awarded work order for Refilling and Annual Maintenance Contract of Fire Extinguishers at Textiles Committee, Prabhadevi, Mumbai for a period of one year vide letter No.52/43/2009-AD-II dated 4^th April, 2018. M/s. Litmus Industries, Mumbai (Proprietor, Shri Sandeep Kumbhar) has not completed the work order and not fulfilled the terms & conditions of work order even after repetitive reminders & follow up.

In view of the breach of contract, it has been decided by the Competent Authority to cancel the work order awarded to M/s. Litmus Industries Mumbai (Proprietor Shri Sandeep Kumbhar) with immediate effect and further blacklist firm from participating in any kind of bid/ tender of Textiles Committee.

Pursuant to this, all Section/ Division at HQs & ROs are requested to kindly ensure that no order is placed with M/s. Litmus Industries, Mumbai (Proprietor Shri Sandeep Kumbhar) for any kind of work and also strictly ensure that no official dealing are kept with M/s. Litmus Industries, Mumbai (Proprietor Shri Sandeep Kumbhar).

This issue with the approval of the Competent Authority.
