As a part of disseminating the issues relating to Geographical Indication among the researchers and stakeholders and facilitating better research, one point Resource centre has been established in 2007 in the Textile Committee, Mumbai. The resource centre will act as one point reference centre for the facilitating research on Geographical Indication. It houses different research publications both from India and from other countries. The detail activities and publications of Textiles Committee are also prominently displayed in the resource centre.
